help with pioneer premier 780

me and my buddy were running wires for everything for my new amp and sub setup and we took the unit out so we could get the hookups to the back. we didnt unplug the whole system just pulled it out a little to reach everything. but when we were putting it back just to sit for the night the yellow battery wire tapped something and sparked a bit. likely thats its the fuses along that wire or am i unlucky and killed the whole unit?
